MRF Polishing with Q-forge Platform
The MRF-600 incorporates the latest MRF technology, delivering exceptional performance and versatility for precision optics manufacturing. Designed to handle demanding applications, it supports polishing aperture sizes up to 600 mm in diameter and 600 x 800 mm rectangular formats.
Equipped with QED.NET software and the advanced electronic fluid monitoring system (EFMS), the Q-forge MRF-600 provides precise process control, streamlined operation, and consistent, high-quality results.
Features
The Q-forge is built for versatility and performance, offering a larger range of part sizes and multiple wheel options to optimize every polishing application. The large machine 50 mm wheel is ideal for smaller surfaces and reducing edge effects, while the 370 mm wheel achieves high material removal rates for quickly processing large surfaces. A new 150 mm option further expands flexibility.
With advanced software modes—including raster and rotational—the MRF-600 delivers superior process control. At its core is the deterministic MRF process, ensuring repeatable precision and consistently high-quality results across a wide range of optics.
